What is your turnaround time?

All pre-designed themes will ship next business day.

Custom orders take 3–5 business days total to create, approve, make and ship! Larger or highly detailed themed sets may require a bit more time. If you need something quickly, just reach out! 

Can the colors or theme be changed?

Absolutely! Everything I create is fully customizable. Not loving something about an existing theme? Fill in the contact form with what changes you would like. Everything is made to order.

Do I get a proof of the items I order in a custom order prior to shipment?

For sure! Here's how it works: I will send you a receipt of request within 24 hours, a mockup of theme/items within 48 hours, and they will be ready to ship fully within 3-5 business days!

What if I need my order sooner?

Rush orders are typically possible depending on my current schedule. Message me with your date, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate it. 

Do you ship?

Yes! I ship throughout the U.S. Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping time.

What materials do you use?

I use high-quality cardstock, layered designs, and premium embellishments so everything looks crisp, polished, and photo ready for your celebration.

Do you offer matching sets?

Definitely! I can create coordinated bundles including cake toppers, cupcake toppers, banners, centerpieces, party favor tags, stickers, and more, all in your chosen theme.

How far in advance should I order?

Ordering 2–3 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for larger themed sets or multiple coordinating items.

Can I request a theme I don’t see listed?

Yes! I love custom themes. Just let me know what you’re looking for via the contact information above, and I will take it from there.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because every item is fully custom and personalized, I do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or not to your liking, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your items so I can make it right.
